HOW TO BOOK
- Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or on our automated email on the CONTACT page of this website. Please include your name, contact details and preferred room type.
- If your preferred room type is available, you will receive an email with your "Guest Number” and bank details for the deposit (see Payment Schedule). If your preferred room type is sold out, you will receive an email informing you that you have been placed on the waiting list unless will you request an alternate option.
- Rooms are held for 7 days from the day of the initial booking email until payment of deposit. When paying your deposit, please make sure that you include your "Guest Number” in Description of the bank transfer. Once the deposit is paid, we will send you an information pack for your holiday.
- Deposit is $700.00 AUD. Paid within 7 days of making reservation.
- 50% of outstanding amount is due 2 calendar months prior to the event.
- Remaining outstanding amount is due 1 calendar month prior to the event.
We are happy to discuss and consider alternate payment schedules should that assist you.
IF AN EVENT IS SOLD OUT
If an event is sold out, there are a number of options.
- You can email us and we will place you on a waiting list to be notified if another booked guest is unable to attend that event.
- You can email us to inform us of your interest and we will email you first with future event dates.
- You can return to this site periodically as we will be posting future event dates here.
If you are required to withdraw from an event, we will do our very best to sell your room to another guest. If we are able to do this, your refund will be 100% of the amount you have paid.
If we are not able to fill your room, refunds will be as follows:
- 3 months or more notice - 100% of funds paid will be refunded.
- 6 weeks to 3 months notice - 50% of deposit will be held, remaining funds paid will be refunded.
- 4 weeks to 6 weeks notice - 100% of deposit will be held, remaining funds paid will be refunded.
- 1 week to 4 weeks notice - 50% of the value of the room will be held, remaining funds paid will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days notice or after commencement of event - no refund.
